You need to use something like that for at least a few days to give a decent review.
There's a geezer on Facebook who has the dewalt and the collomix/metabo, he's been banging on about it the past month on every single plastering related page, every time I see him post I cringe

Tbh lads i only had it for one mix up , fair comment I wish I had it longer and didn’t have the area left to do more than a bag I’d be confident by the power it kicked out that it would mix a few bags up though, they are £650 with 2 batteries zombie

Expensive

£650 puts it well out of range of the DIY'er and right up the street of the latest tool tarts! mad money for a paddle, wireless or not.

On my collomix mixer I can rev the power on my trigger on the handle but on the dewalt can kinda do the same with a round power dial mounted into the grip it was very easy to adjust that as needed and set in a comfortable position on the handle it was also very responsive

Collomix is 250 from DM tools, all you need is a metabo charger and a few batts for 150 near half price of the dewalt

Agree but depending on job location and messing with extension leads it wasting time it’s good to walk straight to location and mix up and it was very light weight , tbf a lot of people thought my collomix cleanliness bucket was a waste of money but it’s still there and in great condition still , ive had that a year now and forgot it cost £80 , it’s been worth the money too

Here's the whisk bare unit 250 Link Removed it says metabo on the whisk but it's a collomix, metabo just supplies the batts for them
All you need is a battery and charger

Nice one hopefully they will all drop prices when they start selling a lot

To expensive for me!

Thinking back I only glanced at the dewalt batteries I’m sure they were bigger than those
I think dewalt is a flexvolt maybe 54v collomix is only 18v, but makes a.nicer mix than the dewalt, and better trigger too

They look sound saves a right load of messing about on site . I'd get one myself but I've got 4 mixers as it is

Milwaukee tools now do a heavy duty 9ah battery I think when they become the norm they will take off for knocking up skim.
