Hi... I'm in the process of trying to find a renderer for my extension and some garden walls and I am getting so confused as to what to do as had 4 different companies and all 4 are telling me different for what render to use. So far I've been told Fassa, Weber, JUB and Krend which from doing my research are all different systems. The company using JUB seemed to impress me the most yet I can't seem to find many reviews of the product.
Can anyone please help?
I was wanting a very low maintenance, non sparkly, crack resistant and breathable! The extension block work is also not great if that makes a difference!!
Thank you in advance!

Dont over complicate it forget about manufacturers brand names. Just decide if you want silicone bucket coat 1.5mm grain finish or monocouche.

Personally I prefer silicone but each to there own.

Then the 100% most important thing is to do your research on said renderer that specialises in the finish you want for your house.

Any good respectable renderer would be more than happy to point you in the right direction of some of there completed works.

every renderer has their own go to product.. myself like others Jub is mine.. its same as a mechanic prefering a ford to a hyundia.

what area arw you in as this will point you to someone in your area

I'm in Wakefield W. Yorks.
Yes Fassa has been the cheapest. The guy that came said it also wouldn't need meshing and his quoute was considerably cheaper but then alarm bells start ringing!
Thanks for your replies!

i would always go with the one impressed you the most.
look at their work on websites etc. see samples of the render they want to use.

but let the render use the material they use all the time.

Thincoat all day long for durability.

Though I'd be lying if I said I didn't prefer the initial look of mono but it just doesnt keep its look without maintenance which defeats the object of choosing colour render.

Paving looks good no star joints. Was it the builder who did it?

No the builder was meant to but after he built our extension without a dpc and without a cavity to the front elevation and not to plans (which we paid a lot of money for) we ended up with a dispute with the neighbour over drainage and party wall we brought in someone else for the garden
