quick carbon steel or stainless vote

i bought a 16x4 carbon two weeks ago got it out of box and used it for skimming you dont have to piss around with them just use it just as good as broken in

there was a guy on another forum who used to spend his weekends cutting down trowels and filing them down and measuring them with a micrometer why i dont know get it out and use it mines already perfect after one day

ye exactly why do people feel the need to fffuuucckkk about with this one ore that one or smaller one or a bigger one , i use whichever i can get old off first , usually my trusty old tin can with a 3x2 nailed to it ??? ??? whatever works for you use it , it's a personell thing end off, what works for one will not work for every body else : :

Not sure about my trowel, most imprtant thing in my van is my lunch box,knackered with out that.
