Don't be fooled by the Romanians put a price in to a builder 2 days work for 3 of us 1500 said you've got the job your 500 cheaper than Romanians f**k**g amazing

I don't think it's a London thing more a site thing the same s**t in Manchester and elsewhere that's why I left site work. The skill set for site is very low, there are good spreads and the money can be made without all the hassles that come with domestics but the standards are shocking.
 
I got sick of thinking some c**ts gonna buy this for the flooring, lights and fitted kitchen but the Suns gonna shine through that window at their house warming lol

Domestic in essence but very "site" like, unless that's just what its like in central London?

Ppe (steel boots over most) , site manager, separate trades, expensive licenses for skips and scaffold etc

London prices are a shocker!
Been asked to go a few times recent, offered a big note for 5 days and half day saturday.
Turned it down as by the time i drink , eat and be away from family id be worse off.
