Plastering in Leeds

Been site plastering for 35 yrs, just completed a house for a large contractor from Leeds
We've worked for them 5 yrs ago and completed 40 houses, we made the mistake of not asking m2 rate before we started
Finished the house today ,rang office and was told plot was with £648.00 skim only,asked what m2 rate was and they said £ 2.00 m2 , Gobsmacked
Haven't been paid yet so will name and shame when we have

Although you've worked for them before,you've left yourself open.I would never work until I know rates and when I'm getting paid.2m2 is ridiculous.

£2 is pretty dire....im not on much more @ £2.50.
many firms are still paying £2.30 in the north west.
i just skimmed a house in 7 gauges for £800.
only cupboard and small stair wall to skim in morning then start the next plot.
could of picked it up really in 6 hits.
ive got 22 flats to start in 2 weeks at £3.50.
was told 350m smaller flats 400m bigger flats.....easy money
il put up pic of unit when i start.
them cuunts in leeds should be hung in public.

I've got 3 houses to start soon, nearly all skim,oval, london, not measured it ,just gave a bulk price £10k for 3 town houses labour and mats
