Need a new trowel

i was on a ceiling yesterday bonding a conctete ceiling and i thought i wud get the 20 plazzy out just to see what is like on backing coats to flatten off. PIle off shite. only tried because i read on here someone used it to flatten render.:RpS_wub:

Yep. They're not pre worn, just roughly grinded on an angle. I always spend half an hour with a diamond wet stone on a new trowel and it gets em spot on.

There crap for laying on with you get 11" of gear on for a 13" trowel don't bend the wrong way though
 
Didint have aqny problems with the last two i have had, i just think breaking a trowel in takes forever and i hate havin lines in ma coat
 
tried the plastic again today. still think its s**t but........ i only used it on last trowel and it looked nice, but......... theres no point in doing it
