mono damp patches

any seen this before?

Rubbed up friday, but has left wet marks…

chipped off the old mono, but kept the basecoat as it was solid.

Render primer’d old basecoat. Then basecoat & mesh. Then topcoat.

it’s onto the old basecoat mate. Was solid so went over it with a tight couple of passes of vpi gris with mesh embedded

Fook knows then looks like you can see the outline of the block work to me . Someone on here will know pal . Used to see that on s/c jobs years ago
