its bang out of order, i live within the M25 and i got a T reg Escort which is ok, but i also have an old 8 seater Toyota for the family which they have re-classed as a minibus and i gotta get rid of it....its a piss take. theres guys outside of the M25 that work all the time within it ...... poxy government taxing
