Lime lite & multi finish

Hi all
is it advisable to skim over lime lite with multi finish?
will this cause any long term affects to the lime?

i have not used limelite backing for several years but i would use a limelite finish.
gypsum plaster does not go well with dampness.

It's cement based, I doubt it breathes that well at all.

As said its not a lime plaster.

It's not recomended but multi will be fine.
