Hi everyone, my first time posting and hoping for some guidance and advice.
My extension was part rendered (hp12 basecoat) in that hot spell we had a couple of weeks ago. I was anxious about it happening when it was hot but left it for the experts to work it out. The extension faces NNE so they had opportunity to work around the sunshine at different times of the day. But they didn't sadly. They made some excuses and said they'd be back in a few days to check it. That was about 2 weeks ago. They didn't say but i think it was to check whether it was going to crack in places. To prevent that happening I went about covering the area which I did quite successfully. But as you will hopefully see from the images the render is far from smooth and I'm wondering how to approach the plasterers about it and what if anything can be done to improve it? Also, they completed the 2 base layers in one morning on one side of the extension when I thought that there should be a gap of a day or two between the layers? Anyway, the plasterers made contact today and will be visiting in the next few days. Any suggestions are much appreciated thanks
