Help With Painting/Smoothing OSB

Ive got a few OSB shelves I need to get a smoothish white finish on. Doesent need to be perfect as theyre going to be in a cupboard. Any idea how I could do this as cheaply as possible? I thought about veneer but cant seem to find and thats just white
