Guidance on internal render?

Morning All,

Fresh one today, glad im not outside working!

I've a full bedroom to skim next week, client has kindly removed the SIX layers of previous wall paper and has come across a fair bit of blown plaster, there is more to remove in blown area's in which they'll complete this week for me.
Some of the walls are sound, no issues but the internal walls are the issues with blown plaster.
It's not plaster board either, I think it's render? Its quite dusty but solid.

I've attached a few photos if they help for advise/guidance.

Plan was to ensure there's no further loose areas. then prime all walls including the hacked off parts (hacked off parts would be no thicker than 3/4mm - Priming suggestions on this please to control the suction.
Bond over patches then skim as normal. (Scriming any bonded patches and potential cracks)

One of the photos with the "Yellow" marks is a ceiling which is nice and solid.

Jack off all the blown areas sorry I meant hack off then hardwall on to the brick rule off and skim timings will have to be right when skimming with 2 different auctions so a plasterer is better yeah you can use bonding also if I wanted

I wanted guidance and peoples take on it.
After all, isn’t it what the forum is about aswell as know it all’s having their 20p
 
Tbf mate I don’t think your a plasterer,I’ve gone through your post again and you said I think it’s not plasterboard but render it’s dusty no s**t Sherlock ray Charles could see that,and I understand we all have our own ways and tweaks of doing things but what your askin for an opinion on you should know how to do anyway without asking

I intend to remove any further blown plaster off.
I then intent to bond any patched areas and then skim over entire wall.
This is for a friend, who knows my position.
Of course im not charging £1200.
I’m charging a sensible amount which they’re happy with.
All I wanted was some ideas on other persons take.
I don’t call my self a plasterer at all, I’m someone that’s learning.

Have your best guess and see how you get on…like we all did when learning. If you f**k it up change something and try agsin
