Generator fuel choice.

I want to buy a generator for the ritmo L. No problems spraying from the mains, but I wont always have access to mains power.

With the price of petrol, are diesel or even LPG generators worth a shot ?

Will be aiming for a 9kva maybe 10kva.

Go for petrol. You will need a bigger kva if its diesel then you have a weight problem.

Les from PFT once did once explain why but I have long forgotten.

I've got a generator at the Pool that runs on propane and I sure as hell wouldn't want to be dragging f**k off great big gas bottles around. Get a petrol.

I’ve Briggs and straton 9kva petrol, give about £1500 from blones for it,to run the ritmo.they don’t use that much fuel.

Ok so the briggs and stratton from pft is a favourite...

The eze range generator is 950 plus. Any one got any experiences ?
