I've trialed this machine over the last few days and have been quite impressed.
For a small machine, it certainly punches above its weight.
Thin coat bucket renders are a dream, minimal overspray, as compared to M100, with render application made so easy and accurate with the design of the gun, which has immediate cut off, so no afterspray mess. Fully adjustable air on the machine so you can set the delivery to the wall to your own preference, which is a bonus.
It is light weight and compact(45kg when empty) so can be wheeled around scaffold easily, though we will be investing in 8m of additional hose to minimize this.
I've put HP12, Heck K&A,CPI GP, granol ThermG, and HPX, through it with no problem, so other backing coats I would imagine would be fine. The delivery with the supplied red standard R&S for these is not that bad, compared with the M300, using Blue R&S. I was expecting it to be quite poor to be honest, but I was more than happy with the rate of output. Speaking with Ryan, there will be other R&s available to increase output, i think.
Although its not a mixer this doesn't hold it back in my opinion, labourer knocks up and pours instead of bagging at the mixing pump. Ryan has promised me the prototype mixer attachment for this machine,so will report back on this in due course.
I have sprayed multi through this as well, though only 2 bags to date, once the air is set, it sprayed great. I haven't sprayed multi before so can't compare it to other machines, but it seemed to go ok.
Cleaning wise, with the ss hopper, and bottom drain valve, this takes just 10 mins max, we sat the machine in a plastic dashing tray, about 3'' high and this was enough to collect all waste products and leave the machine sparkling.
I've yet to put heavier renders through, but will report back when i can, though i have no doubt this will be ok.
All said, a tidy machine, very pleased with it.
