Well disappointed.
Fired up the Eze today for a two pass 23mm weber wall for an ashlar cut.
I was so excited....
Slow as fook. All the other lads looking on laughing and gettin it on quicker by hand.
Bit gutted really.
Machine on full speed too.
Lovely finish tho.

Just hoping someone's gonna say "oh yeah you've got to switch this on "...and it all be ok.
Got a large gable to do soon and not looking forward to it now.

How many hand ballers was there Craig?

As well as number of men how many labourers mixing for them?

Would you say a 1+ 1 hand balling team is faster than a 1 + 1 Eze24 team?

If you are both equal then at least the machine takes the physical stress out the man. Unless it gets a blockage.

Master the spraying technique Craig to a fine art then consider a Ritmo as an upgrade. A bit much one man on his own learning how to spray and master the machine. It takes more knowledge to master the machine side than spraying.

It's been said hundreds of times over its no good for renders.
Mixing pouring is a waste of time
A mixer pump is what you want
I've heard the Ritmo is ok

Your Rotor and stator may well be worn which will affect the output.

You have to remember, the EZE 24 is not designed for mono application and busting it out at the rate of knots. It's for thin coat systems.

We always say if output is your main concern and your doing mono day in day out - it isn't the right machine for you. We would always have advised a 3 Phase and now the M200

If the machine is used for the intended purpose 'thin coat systems' it simply won't be beaten. It just has the ability to do more and some choose to use it for this

Update...
I changed the rotor/stator today and on a trial with water (no air) it pumped out TWICE as far/fast so maybe it was running crap anyway. Back on mono in 3 weeks so will know for definite then.

Thought it would be the R/S

Remember water isn't a lubricant so running that through the machine constantly will wear it out quickly.

Good luck mate..

Ryan, you did a pressure check on the r&s it was ok. Are their different r&s's for the Eze?

It is strange that those two guys on the borders who sold would have 2 used r&s's?

The one Craig has fitted has apparently done 175m2 of work.

Only one style of R/S available. What do you mean by on the borders mate?

The R/S will last over 2500m2 on thin coats and base coats.

With renders we have guys who have exceeded 20 pallets of gear - this is all down to the material though

I sold this machine unused by me to Craig. I bought it off a pair of spreads who had split up and lived just south of the border of Scotland.

You sold it to them then I boght it and brought it down to Cheltenham for a once over. The r&s pressure was fine.

I sold it because of in house politics.

Could have done with it 2 weeks ago had a 90m2 gable to thin coat.

In house politics prevents the Ritmo being used for thin coats at the moment.
