Just after a bit of direction please anyone, when applying the insulation to block work what is best foam application or adhesive mix and what brands?also at what point are the fixings put in at the same time or later any advice would be a great help thanks

What system are u using. That will determine what components you need to use.

Am using 90mm depth on the insulation slab size it's java board type not sure of brand off the top of my head,not done this part but used the k render products

Do you need to use adhesive? I haven't done a wet fix system for about two years
