Does anyone know How many fixings I be putting in the polystyrene insulation wet and dry fix ?

read the spec spunky it depends on substrate/ insulation board and type of fixings

the parex system of eps requires no fixings is that right?

depends on substrate!

as merlin says spunk, read the spec some systems have different requirments for fixing numbers and in some cases a pull out test will be needed (dodgy substrates) some systems also request more up the corners and at system ends.

parex is stick only as is dryvit but if the building goes above ground floor first floor, they may well spec secondry fixings therafter
