Dust mask

Following on from the fitness thread (glad to hear your on the mend Eddie @irish_spread)
....I know this has been covered before, I think @arty looked into it, can anyone recommend a comfortable dust mask for regular use. Always got the disposable ones but thinking I should get something a bit more substantial. Cheers
 
I use the 30 day disposable respirator from screwfix. I keep for months though as don't use that much. Only for sanding and loft work. Keep in sealed bag
 
Use these have 2-3 kicking about so never without and filters I change regularly fits tight round nose and mouth. Becomes part of routine and don't think about it .

Them paper things are waste of time no different to the days of tying shirt round yer face prob less efficient tbh.
 
I got one I use for paint spraying as I was painting with 2K seems to be ok...

Think anything is ok as long as the filters are changed regular :D
 
A good FFP3 mask will last a month for £5. Anything less than this won't filter out plaster particulate.
Look after your lungs Oli or you'll burn out a lot earlier giving a blow job ;)
