CONCRETE SLAB THICKNESS

Hi all

Just checking my calculations and I am wondering if there is a calculator for the thickness of concrete base???

I had planned 180mm thick but now doubting myself and wondering if tehre is any way I can double check

If just foot traffic 100mmis plenty, driving on it 150mm reinforced.
Heavy machinery read the back of the box !
