I am installing a woodburning stove and at the top of the builders opening, I want to make a shallow arch, rather than have a straight line and plan to do this with cement particle board. Question is once that has been fixed to the concrete lintel above my opening, it will be plastered along with the sides of the opening . Is this ok? I will apply 2 coats of pva to the board before fixing, so hopefully this will work? Your advice will be greatly appreciated, thanks
