Hi I have to build a bullseye window do I need to return the blocks to the brickwork to support the plaster work or if I leave the cavity open how do I plaster the reveal

set a template up, and build the circle with bricks not blocks so that you seal the cavity.

Return in blockwork. A fussy building inspector won't like the cold bridging if bricks are used.
