I'm going to hack off blown render. And want to put it back same as. But make it stick as not to happen again.

Probably blown because it was coated with too strong a mix , best to clean properly, rend aid and ocr at this juncture

You could try a good coat of rendergrip with fibres in the scratch coat

Now soak it, cement an sbr slurry, then give it pissy sbr just before put scratch on .
