ADVICE ON METRE RATES

Evening Fellas, Ive been asked to price up houses on a posh site, rather high end!! Labour only, big houses with indoor pools etc....£2mil per house.

Im looking for advice on metre rates for:

* Tacking 15mm Ceiling
* Tacking 12.5mm Walls
* Full dabbing 12.5mm on walls
* Tacking insulated boards onto ceiling

Also, metre rate for skimming? (the only high ceiling is above the staircase)

Most of my work is for small building contractors - Extensions, barn conversions etc on day rate, because the builders here are normally pretty crap at having everything ready on site good to go! So this is just a bit alien to me and just after a bit of friendly advise.

Area is Cotswolds

Just work out how long it will take you with some extra days just in case and see how that sits against the meterage of the job.Rates aren't really discussed as it brings the millionaires out on here have a sword off lol where part of Cotswolds?
