No mate,what i mean is that with the prices flutuating everywhere its hard to beat a quote thats already being giving on a job soo would'nt it be easier if for example if you had a 20m2 ceiling to skim would'nt it be better just to price 2 bags at a set price to beat the original quoted price...

missing the point of what i mean,per bag is ten m2 coverage and the prices are flutuating up and down the country as ive heard its something like £9-£10 per 1m2 up in Scottland soo with having that much of a difference in £££s per m2 up and down the country some jobs are best with a bag...

yeah mate,worked for me,i was'nt happy and confident due to the ceiling substrate being old render,soo i completely cover the ceiling in sbr and waited to soak for 20mins then skimmed straight over it,worked a treat.Is there any decent theory on why its better to water it down before applying?or...

suction control mate,kind of lost confident in pva these days on ceilings,especially big ones.

not on priming for plaster work,it gives you ratio's on what amount you need to use on render,cement,screed etc on the brand i bought,got mine from Travis and Perkins £25 for 5Ltr

ha,ha,class Rocky films,cant beat it,only used it once before due to pva being a bit unpredictable,are you supposed to use it as pure or water downed?Found out that using it as pure was great but with it being expensive im worried on using up in one go.
