That very low on the water we tested webber chalk last week through the M200 and found the water needed to be at 320 on speed 4 the reason its not spraying correctly is that the water is set to low. Take the pipe off the machine and reset the water to 320 then refit hose and adjust the air pipe...

Hi Ellis you can't spray finish with your current setup the gun is the wrong one also the hoses are to larger diameter also you need a different rotor and stator and bottom bracket

Hi there just a couple of questions what material are you using and how many meters of hose and finally what machine is it? Then i may have some idea of why you have no pressure showing

It has now been 12 months since I joined the team at PFT Central / Plasterers 1 Stop Shop, time has gone so fast it doesn't seem like a few weeks ago that I was driving down to Cheltenham to collect my van and spend time with Andrew Hill and Ryan Hill getting up to speed on the latest machines...
I would speak with someone like Tom Hill at Sto they always did keep records but unsure if they still do so as things have changed since I was there

Mike we use our own Eze compressor with our Eze 24 and the M100, I know that the setup on the ritmo is different from our machines as we don't use our own spray gun

Ok you will need a 4 mm the nozzle size should be 3 X the material grain size 2 mm grain =6mm nozzle
1.5 = 4 mm as we don't do a 4.5

No problem if I hear of any I will let you know eBay normally the best place to look. Just to let you know our K4 is basically the same as the G4 and is European manufactured the top motor and other parts are exactly the same.

Hi Demon silicone spray is used to lubricant the rotor and stator when you first put them together other use is to spray it on your machine to stop anything sticking to it hope this helps

I know the guy in the video very well he never runs the machine full speed normally speed 5 or 6, if they are doing larger jobs he has an M-tec M300 to use
Hi @CraigFife the Eze24 will not spray sand & cement but Sto level coat will go through it no problem will be a lot easier and faster than hand applying
The profile looks good Mac hopefully it will bring further work to you and having seen some of the work you turn out its all ways first class and professionally carried out.
