Cheap matt contract emulsion... thin it 1/3 for the first coat, a "mist coat"

Just make sure to wear your "lucky pants" on the very first day and you really won't go far wrong in any respect.... There's really no thanks required mate !.... I see it more as a public service ... these days anyways.

I used to give that option....they just want it gone though in all honesty,,,its definately a big issue with the costs and regulations....its not at all surprising that people fly tip tbh !

I put all rubble, board offcuts etc in a lock up, at the back, aprox a third, have the area above framed for planks and tressles. Long story short is I can build up enough then get a skip for the day.... its solved the biggest headache for me and probably works out far cheaper in the long run.

Suppose so mate, their midget trowels are not too bad when all is said and done. You should get on quite nicely with one of them. Genually pleased that youv'e gotten there in the end mate ! (y)
