Perfect (y) Get a bit of very light sandpaper 1800 or wet and dry and send down the edge to kill its sharpness. Also kill its two edges and sand them. Good trick, use a one pound coin as a profile on the corners and cut them off with a stanley knife. You want it smooth for use ! :)
Give a 50/50 sbr coat then a full strength sbr leaving it overnight between coats. That should give you a fighting chance with regards to suction. You could try some extra time too, will stop you shitting your pants half way through ! :)
Standing on wooden steps F*****g soaked in water though, years ago it was. Trying to take off a light above a sink. The drill bit got stuck in the box so I tried to remove it ! BOOM !!! Threw me right of the steps and into the opposite wall. I swear there was smoke ! Felt weird for a few days...
Get a lawyer to send them a letter, get a good one too. You pay for clout in that game. 90% chance that the housing association will s**t their pants and sort it out forb you pronto as a matter of urgency .
Is that you in the kitchen Fred ? Have to hand that to you , your always at hand, ready for t.. a... f...... = £££££
Satan will be proud mate ! :tanguero:
Get a grinder and cut the protruding bricks back mate. Go face on and slice them, then bolster and mash hammer, job done. Dusty as f**k though so seal any doors with duct tape, well worth that effort in the long run . (y)
