Yeah mate i'v done it loads of times, had no problems until last week on a different job it was windy all night long and when get there in morning to scarcth it, set solid :(
Hi, only reason for asking is I'm doing large job out in the sticks and it's all ways windy so that was the idea of prolong setting time so wind does dry it to fast over night
Just wanted to no if I damping down hp12 base coat before putting the k render on will this prolong drying time then if I didn't damping down base coat??
Hi, been doing k rendering and have been leaving over night and scratch back first thing, but other day got caught out by the wind and it was set solid next morning lol nightmare, iv just start a different job today out in the sticks and by looks of things it's all ways windy in that area...
Iv just had a look on there website looks good stuff would save me the hassle of taking the render off and redoing it or trying to patch it il give them a call do u no what prices are for there gear cheers mate
Would webers own paint cover the cracks .? As the cracks are soild is there any kind of bonding agent that I could fill cracks with then paint just to be on the safe side ?
It was pral m weber render . I was thinking could I cut the cracks back to brick and put mesh in them and grind back the full area 7 mm and put a 9 mm top coat over then scratch back
They are not round the windows and doors if that's what u are thinking they are just random cracks couple in middle of Walls some at bottom I was thinking has the paint come away but like I Said they are soils but u can see them
