hi guys been undercut on a job by 50% never been this much out in 30 years, spoke to another builder about it and he said my prices were about the same as the other 2 quotes he always gets so i dont think its me that is wrong. my price was 6k.

thougt the brickies were meant to get the walls plumb,was once told i had done a wall 30mm out of plumb told the guy that must have took some doing using the 12mm you are paying me for.

Bruce can you tell me where i can get hold of one of those scrapers with the razor blades,if they can get wallpaper off plasterboard without damage i want one.

would let my mate skim over wallpaper in my house kirk i will be 80 at least before it comes off.

my mate did the same thing in his own house and its still sound 30 years later.

Yeah that sums Harry up well steve cov,ive met him a couple of times before walking his dogs on the beach where he lives,he stopped for a chat both times seems a decent bloke.
