another question mate , what laquer do you finish with ,Is it a blue bell-oikos product thanks.

looks excellent mate, ive done a bit with oikos gear seams to work well. have you done any coccio work, that gives a nice finish. have you tired there trowels ive got a couple very sharp, looks like your using a spatula must work well looking at the pics.

that actualy works a treat , bit messy but it gets the paper off.

anyone tried the pole atatchment for the speed skim , is it any good?.

used the speed skim twice this week since buying it and it did exactly what it said on the tin . dunno why some peeps are so negative about it. it flattens of very well and at 1200 long it covers area quik , happy days.

if the ceiling will take the extra weight , supose realy youd have to find the joist and get the screw gun out . then bond and skim and add a new profile to whats left of the coving youd still loose some of the original cove but its a compramise.

bees wax should be ok mate if its not dried up.

do ya ever nick the tip of the blade of in between the claws of a hammer or some thing , leaves a nice new sharp tip .
