I managed to find one elsewhere so all good.
Don’t come on here much anymore but can see it hasn’t changed !
Still get the irritating T***s who think they’re funny
I’ve used quite a lot of this over the last couple of years and have been really impressed with it overall
but just started a job and noticed when scraping the aggregate seems bigger and doesn’t look so good as it a lot harsher finish?
anyone else having same experience with it ? or is it just...
We turn the speed down to 5 water on 100 -110 8 mm cap,
hp 12 comes out like roughcast which gives you time if your spraying and meshing and you don’t waste material. That’s with Ritmo L though.
Thanks Owls,
I haven’t got any pics to hand sorry. The largest wall is 15 x 1.7 and the rest are small areas. I meant top coat with ocr sorry didn’t explain very well!!
Do you think pre grit and rend aid would do the job?
Morning,
I’ve got about 100 m2 of Plain face render to do onto pre cast concrete panels around garden walls.
I’m gonna use an ocr for top coat but wondered If there was a spec for this?
was gonna use render grip to start but do I need base coat and mesh also?
thanks
We have been getting shocks from our machine recently.
Funny thing is this week we have been spraying from generator and no shocks at all? Must be down to earth when plugging in to mains?
Hi
I was spraying pral m chalk as roughcast on Friday and noticed back pressure was jumping up and down .
I put brand new rotor and stator (normal b42 l ) on from the start and was spraying speed 5 water on 90 which seemed fine but as the day went on seemed to be spluttering quite a bit.
I...
I did that too lol.
last Year plugged the machine in and red button stayed on and then kept clicking off, I tried this a few times but couldn’t work it out?
I thought it was tripping out but realised the labourer had been tugging at cables When unplugging And made live wire loose.
next bit makes...
I didn’t say it was a material fault.
sometimes you need to spray stiff,
Especially this time of year when your under pressure.
not saying it’s right but needs must to get job done.
It’s very slow setter and easy to work with.
Rigsby is right on the water setting as it looks wet and sounds different out the gun but don’t worry it builds out really well.
The only thing I found is that if you spray to stiff you get lots of bullet holes when scraping back next day, other than...
Hi Vincey
Yeah went fine thanks,
I sprayed 70 m2 on today and finished about 4.30.
Picked up ok and seems like there is a lot more lime in Weber ocr than there used to be? Finished really good.
I put about 30 m2 on yesterday and no splits in it this morning so all good.
Thanks mate
