please tell me this is a whind up ? and i dont think you can pigeon hole a site plasterer to a domestic i enjoy site life simple , that plastering is beyond a joke tbh

Wrong your biggest mistake was doing no background checks, like checking his previous posts for a start

I know your not including me in this thread xxx this is the biggest problem in this game and that's growing, I think I will always be a one man band.I don't trust any one else to do a good job if I'm not stood watching them. All the big boys have the mentality of f**k it the patcher will sort it and if you want to grow you need this mentality, that's what I find. I used to always think how do they sleep at night and it's coz they don't give a f**k simple, but unfortunately someone who has come from the tools and has anything about them they can't sleep at night, sad but true and if you think it doesn't apply to you your wrong coz if you didn't give a f**k you would not be on here most nights talking s**t :)
 
Happened to me last year, the customer wasn't happy, I went around at night plastering wasn't great. Phoned mark and said customers not happy with what you've done if you don't sort it out nobody's getting paid. He sorted it, customer phone me said he's happy fetch your money when you want. Job done. I then actually used mark again on another Job and work was spot on. Think he got the message that he's not going to get away with leaving s**t work.

On my life I said to lad who works with me 2day wen I seen it I don't know how he sleeps at nite...agree with wat ur saying my prob is I care 2 much which is y we will prob never be satified

Matey, I read it wrong don't worry.

Yes I do appreciate where you coming from, I was only having this discussion today about expanding and trusting someone else to finish work in my name.

But a word for the future, don't use anyone that thinks they can professionally do more than 2/3 trades to a high standard

I wud of known straight away If I wud of seen that thread like I say he dsnt go by that username he put that thread on he's created a new username so I thought he was a new member
