So you have all areas covered really , that's good business

We offer a wide range and have had our EZE Machines adapted and made to our specification for the UK market. Although we don't manufacture them ourselves there are significant differences to the ones the manufacturers sell.

We don't do the machine sales as a side business or anything like that. It's our day to day job and we have a team of technicians and a UK sales Rep now.

Always said the G4 is a great machine, is only sensible for us to offer an alternative

Sure if Les, Ian and Stuart added Eze to their name , you would get right pissed off ! Lol

Well seeing we had PFT before Ian and Stuart even started with machines there is a slight difference.

I have noticed how one of them is using 'Plastererers 2 Stop Shop' I find that quite funny to be honest.

Also EZE is our own brand.

LOL! [emoji23]

Wonder what les Ian Stuart, think about that Keith lol

Good luck with it Arti. Keep your big gorilla tub and whisk close by in your early days. I will pm you my mobile number in case you have a problem and Les cannot answer his phone. I can't guarantee I will know the answer to your promlem but maybe just in your hour of need.

Maybe other Ritmo users could do the same?

Also Keith, this is a pretty decent thread so I don't feel hijacking it in this way will do anyone any good. It's about something else not this :)

If you wish to discuss this all you know where I am.

Yh get a sticky on the forum for common problems & diagnosing ritmos, it's would save Les,Ian & Stuart a lot of agro??

Good luck Arti, first few jobs you'll be going mental mate, but with tips from all us ritmo owners on here you'll be fine !! Here's my first tip , when we started spraying the machine kept stopping, we thought it was blockage in the pipes and spent ages purging, turned out to be a bit of s**t in air pipe , most probs caused by this so keep air pipe clear at all times [emoji106]

That is our most common breakdown. Keep your file on you or close by and you will get to know when it is about to happen. It starts to splutter rather than spray. Stop and clean it out. Try and get a spare gun on standby for when it is blocked solid good and proper. Try not to let your pipe dangle over the scaffold. My lab did it 3/4 through a wall and it creased under it's own weight and blocked. Prime your pipes well on start up.

I dnt understand these blockages in the airline during spraying I keep hearing ov with the ritmo. Must be down to human error and not a draw back with the ritmo. The lads on site sprayed hardwall for weeks on end with their 110v and that never happened. 8m high sum days too. And they regular had it stud for 10 min or so not spraying

used to happen on mine, could of been human error but it could also just be down to the fact its a smaller air hose attached to a smaller compressor and when the gear stiffens a little bit, where a bigger machine with a bigger compressor would just blast it through the smaller compressor just doesn't have the grunt to do it.

the lads having no problems are probably keeping their gear really wet, Les did tell me to do that to be fair but I didn't like it as wet as he showed us to have it, might have been part of the reason I couldn't get on with it.

Time do beast it on with ur 3 phase now then Jimmy

Yes as above and McPlaster has suggested the same but I don't like it too wet either.

Only happened once with the 3 phrase.

Anyone know if there is an advantage upping the air with an independent compressor? And if so how can it be done without a remote cable ?

O had to borrrow a comp from jfe theme other day no remote so lab just knocked pump on n of every Tim I gave him the nod. Pain in the ass . But got me through a couple days

Airless most days at the moment. The ritmo comes out for the odd render job or to spray ready mix backing coats
