Looks like the paint hasn’t been stirred in the tub?Get a proper camera with a flash and get a pic up.
I can vaguely see some striping.
Did you seal the wall or just chuck emulsion at it?

Yep....not quite back to brick..for the ones I've done..but all plasterboard taken off back to stud..re boarded, skimmed then painted again.(not with valspar paint)someone told me they had to go back to brick and start again!
