You don't have to work particularly hard to make £300+ in a day..

What you need to do is get day rates out your head and price what the job is worth.

Next week my earnings will be..

Monday - 1 ceiling - £200+
Tuesday - wall and a ceiling - £250+
Wednesday - 2 ceilings - £300+
Thursday - 1 ceiling and a couple of walls - £250
Friday - one ceiling and a couple of walls - £250

All taken no more than 8 hours, some a lot less.

Stop thinking day rates!

im not unhappy. But I’d be happier to have hit my goal. Id also not need to work, so more time and holidays etc so would affecthappiness

Doesn't interest me. Dont want hassle of it. Got a few quid saved . I need to check me pension as I think I got lucky and got one of them salary based ones before they stopped doing em.
My retirement plan is to have a caravan and spend most of year there and let lad have house. See me days out by sea

If you had ten houses you would want twenty and you would also worry about losing the ten you have.
Best just being happy.

in simple terms you buy a renno project and do the work yourself

Say £120k. Skim paint do all works. Re_mortgage it as new value. £140/150k

After 1 year of rental. Re mortgage again. Pull x amount out and get another one.

you then buy 4, then 6 etc.

couldn’t agree more mate. Got a busy one again me self.

How much in a day


that be done on Wednesday. Got a big living room Thursday friday. Should net about £2300 next week. Hopefully the week after be bit better

Can't believe your quotes are on texts and not more formal ie email with letter heads & t&cs etc.?

I would never quite via text imo it looks unprofessional.

Each to there own I guess.

I didn't say it mattered I said I thought it was unprofessional.

No different to you saying you wear work trousers,boots & hiviz jackets as u believe it to be more professional.

fellow spread in a busy pub one night,went to the bar , heard his wife saying something but could not hear her,........so to get his attention she smashed a pint glass on his head,...blood/broken glass all over him,his mother in law also visited the house 5/8 times a day,...........now divorced,she was pure barmpot

That tape idea is well thought out then from back in the day when you use to use double-sided tape on your egg and spoon

these are unreal for the money, its about 2 to 3 weeks delivery but well worth it.

Yes not saying he will not do it but 10 houses in 5 years. If he was pilot on 200 grand a year I'd agree whith you. I now scaffolder hes doing well whith work he's only got 5 and he's being at it 15 years

How can you.. only paid for one house your 35 old. starting buy to let on a nother two houses and you whant 10 houses and retire by 40 old more like 55 years old and that be good going unless you come in to money.
