Some you’re forced into though. Builders, family, friends etc.I wouldn’t take on a job I didn’t fancy tbh. Not worth the stress.
I fitted a shower tray for a bloke just after Xmas he was a proper arse, the job was harder than I expected because he assured me there wasn’t a lip on the old tray which there was so had to take the bottom row of tiles off, he wouldn’t pay me any extra and watched over me the whole job.I wouldn’t take on a job I didn’t fancy tbh. Not worth the stress.

Graft is graft geez! Sometimes you’ve just gotta take the rough with the smooth even though the rough normally outweighs the smooth.Would you rather do an easy job for a normal wage or a really s**t job the kind that keep you up at night for double the money ?
Just I’ve been putting silly prices in for jobs I don’t want and still get them.
Exactly, what's the point in working for yourself and being as miserable as somebody who does as they're told and gets paid minimum wage.I’m all for an easy life at every turn
Defo I had a choice of two jobs tomorrow .I’m all for an easy life at every turn
Just got back of hol . First job 3 bedrooms and landing . 10ft high . Hard work for a short ass . Was knackered today . Thought about mrs Jones and her biscuitsLast year I gave up rendering.
This year I've decided to not take on any more commercial work.
I've never done work for the slap em up quick, national firms, the thought of it makes me wanna throw up.
I'm sticking to Mrs Jones and her biscuits.
It's taken a while, but I'm getting there.
Unless you able to pick and chooseTake the rough with the smooth with domestic that s**t job will lead to another job that won't be. you don't build a successful business on picking and choosing.
