Hi guys been plastering for about two years now since completing a 8 week course.

I'm still learning and at work today I done the usual two coats of pva then hit the skimming I found that the plaster was going off double quick much quicker than normal and I can't work out what went wrong.

Narrowed it down to two preparation maybe needed a extra pva.

Or there was a fan on in the room ?

Any help would be appreciated so I don't go wrong next time.

Cheers for any replies.
