I darbied n rubbed this extension up by 2.30 this time last year using 10mm beadsseems to tear when I bar but if I left it any longer I would be there till 8.

Ocr rubs up fast anyway .I don'tdo much of a rendering as such but according to the machine guys, just lash it on early

I did it the way you described 1st.did you use 10mm beads? 5mm first pass let it tighten up then another 5mm coat for dashing into?
Or 15mm beads 10mm first pass and 5mm butter coat?
