i thought it was easy until i started it.
after spreading on price for years you think every jobs the same.
halfway through i realised brick/block laying is "laying" not firing them down.
got the hang of it after 2 hours.
there you go 2 hours to learn bricklaying lads !!

It's nice work. What kind of bond is that
I asked my friend Pete to block up a doorway for me a few days back. I went back there yesterday and this was his work:
Class. The top block just pushed off. No mortar on block ends or slate packing it in. No damp course. Screwed some plasterboard to the top half of the frame and left it at that. He's giving me my money back
