Yesterday's plastering needs a second skim

Hi
Skimmed with Thistle multi finish on new plasterboard yesterday. But when I look this morning I've a bend in the wall. Can I re-skim straight over to take out the bow, or do I need to pva and or rough up yesterday's plaster? Wall is still damp obviously, but hard to touch. Thanks

Pva and crack on with it mate. If it's bowed really bad you may have to use bonding to level it out before you skim it
