more then likely a product by synko....called concrete fill or concrete seal

possibly ....but he says in the vid that "if it was plaster" ....and if it was diamond ( diamond is similiar to thistle......thistle is better though ),he would still refer to it as plaster ....not all areas have diamond in stock ...east coast yes they do....but west coast ...it is in limited supply...if I need it where I am ...I may get lucky ..if one of the movie sets has ordered some ...other then that it can be as long as 6 weeks to get any ...if you do find some .....on occasion, I have gotten it out of washington state ...it is old stuff ...sets like fcuk in no time flat
