Doing a job at the min and ya want to see state of this plastering, all walls are all over the place. Surprising how some people got away with such shite! I'll grab few pics on Monday for reference.

I've one question thou, there's one part of the wall at the top is like a f**k**g banana and I have to straighten it. The guy I'm working with says to hack it off and redo with sand and cement so the whole wall is uniform but I'm thinking just PVA then fill with bond. TBH I've never filled over skim with bonding, I've only used it on boards or sand and cement. This is near an inch thick needs brought out so wondering is my method the handiest of the 2.

your mates talking shite and got to much time on his hands pal...

pva mix a tub up of 2/3 big scoops of bonding to a bag of multi spread, level up...top up with a coat of finish job done...

this games full of chancers/time wasters/and F*****g idiots end off!!!

1 inch thick, the blockwork must have been way out.
to dub this out i would pva then mix bonding with hardwall or hardcoat as it is known in ireland 50/50 then reskim the wall

Just the bits to dub out otherwise that section a be a lot thicker than 1 inch as you'll need more there if doing the whole wall!

if its an inch which is quite a bit fill in with bonding then try an hold a rule across this should help you to get it something like
devil up then reskim
