Hi all i'm new to this so please bare with me!!!
Can anyone offer any advice on wooden corner beads and as what is best to do with them, I went to quote on a job a plasterer has messed up and he put metal skim beads on the wooden beads and p.v.a and skim them but no a massive crack has come down the side of each bead    So what is best for me to do re bead and scrim cracks and skim them again or rip out wooden beads????

Alright mate with wooden beads they are a nightmare even if you scrim them they will swell up then crack best bet is to rip them out and rough them in and put new beads up and skim.

Thought as much as ur not meant too plaster on wood  i Have said if they dont want the mess of ripping it off then i could dab boards on and screw into the wood as its only small area!!!!
