Will New Channel for Wiring show after being plastered?

Hi,

We wanted to add some more sockets in a couple of
rooms, lounge / bedroom and wondered if we had the
wiring chased now would a good plasterer or decorator
be able to make the channels smooth so no bumps/
imperfections will show along the walls ? without
re-skimming the whole of the walls. ....
