4' just checked , suppose I could manage , think I'll probably use two shorter ones taped together . Have used the builders aluminium ones on occasion but the lack of height adjustment isn't suitable , my wooden one I change the legs so it's just right and I can trowel up a 11' span

You don't kniw they sell 1.5m 2m etc long ones

These are dangerous just a clip on the side no locking mechanism on the side so you cant kick them around as the legs fold under you
Beware.

I no I can’t help but buy cheap ones and think about why the hell did I buy this s**t for whiles I drop like a sack of potatoes
