white rendering sand

hi fellas,do most major suppliers stock white rendering sand? it's for the white spar dash i'm going to do. does it come under the same title as snow crete?

white rendering sand : new one on me, white cement yes added to plastering sand with lime and pigments to suit
is that what you mean

i think he maybe talking about white silica sand you can buy from most merchents
mix that in with your white cement and lime for a white background

white sand get in most buiders comes bagged, snow crete is the white cement

you can buy most colours of sand but its mainly for lime rendering (White Morn Scar) is a white sand but if your dashing you can buy a pre mixed coloured dash reciever from k-rend weber or parex otherwise just use normal sand with white cement in it.

The sand is called [white] limestone sand ,and its mixed with white cement and lime for drydashing.

Never done a White spar dash before but priced one up a couple of weeks back and the fella down the builders merchants said that most spreads round my way order silver sand and snow Crete for doing this sort of dash.

Silver sand is grand to use ,infact its better than limestone sand ,it spreads like butter
