i think you will find that they call it silver sand. i do not like to render in white cement . i tell the customer to have cement and sand then decorate it

The white suppliers call it silver sand ? Only teasing ,not used it since the eighties

Silver sand and white cement or better still K rend silicone dash receiver but without the dash.

Whiter then white creamy and rubs up well.

Had this specked on a recent job silver sand white cem and
lime. Couldn't understand why not do mono.

I find white sand/cement/lime goes off really quick. I've only ever done plinths, reveals bands and quoins with it.

Hate doing this. I rendered a house before Xmas with it and was a pain big time!
The builder tried to save money and asked me to stop using lime half way around the job aha

Have only done the white sand and cement method once before,it comes out a disappointing creamy colour,I then painted it white.wouldnt do it again.they called it white sand but know some call it silver.
