What to use to repair damage caused by removing skirting boards?

Hi,

Looking for a little advice on what to use to repair the render which has fallen off during the removal of the skirting boards.

Is this a Lime render/plaster or will it be cement based, it's from a 1930's bungalow?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Probably sand and cement with lime on top, go to Wickes and get some Universal One Coat if you fancy having a bash yourself. Otherwise call a plasterer.

Thank you, I have a plasterer coming to overboard a couple of ceilings, may ask him to do it and save myself the additional work. I was worried about mixing lime and gypsum and causing myself further issues down the road.
