I have a friend who is having 20 units built industrial. He been going over the prices he is been charge and wait for it £35 per meter dot and dab and skim thats not all the security gate house is 12' x12' and the price to tile floor £1400. He gone over it all now and saved £96k on a 3.5 mill ilion job.
