hello . can anyone tell me if this is ok to use as a coloured wet dash finish

is it for machine use or is hand apply ok . not used it befor is it butter coat then on with the dash it s going to be over some block work .there will be a join to desguise .thought about rendaiding the part thats solid and going over it so it all looks as it should
